Chris Baugh

Owner & Guide

The original Red Rock Wrangler and a dreamer. Chris has over 30 yrs of canyoneering experience and a story for every occasion. The day he can no longer wander the outdoors is the day he wants his grave dug

Heidi Howard

Guide & Instructor

Mother, Extreme adventurer and soul surfer. After 10 yrs of rock climbing, she is now currently learning base-jumping. Heidi loves to share her passion and empower individuals with nature’s challenges and connect others spiritually

Jadyn Baugh

Guide, Business Manager & Marketing Specialist

A true visionary and driven individual, she is our Web Wrangler! The day she could walk was the day she followed her dad into the wilderness. Jadyn loves Southern Utah and it’s untamed canyons. She planned and executed her very own canyoneering guide trip into Zions when she was 18

Jennifer Baugh

Operations Manager & Marketing Specialist

The Master Wrangler, she can do it all. Mother of 14 kids with 20 yrs experience as a business owner and nurse. She discovered Southern Utah for the first time after meeting Chris and fell in love with it all. Capitol Reef is her inspiration

Jackson Baugh

Desert Sherpa

Avid adventurer and indoor climbing gym rat. “Spider Monkey Jax” has also completed the Grand Canyon R2R trek under 24 hrs thrice. He plans to organize and guide our future rock climbing adventures

Nathan Baugh

Desert Sherpa

“Crazy Head Nate” is what we call him. Growing up in Idaho eating spuds never slowed him down. He was introduced to canyoneering and rock climbing a few years ago; and it came natural to him. He is the first to descend every canyon with seemly no fear

Big Lilly

Official Door Greeter & Guide Manager

More of a door stop than a door greater and the biggest attention hog ever. Tread lightly around her, she can crank out some serious nose hair curling stench. She does keep the guides and office staff hopping.
